Users can control the privacy settings of a workspace, deciding whether to keep it private or share it with specific users. Follow the steps below to manage privacy settings effectively.

Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Workspace Privacy

1. Open Privacy Settings

   • Click on Manage Privacy within your workspace.

2. Set the Workspace to Public

   • Mark the workspace as Public.
   • Select specific users to share the workspace with, or choose Select All to share it with everyone.

3. Understand Insight Privacy Inheritance

   • By default, insights inherit their original privacy settings when added to a workspace.
   • A green padlock icon (filled) indicates that the insight is private.
   • A green padlock icon (empty) indicates that the insight is public.

5. Modify Insight Privacy Settings

   • In the top-right corner, users can set all insights within the workspace to public or private.
   • Alternatively, individual insights can be adjusted by clicking on the padlock icon in the insight box.

6. Save Changes & Notify Users

   • Click Save to apply the changes permanently.
   • The system will prompt you to choose whether to notify shared users via email.
