Insights

The Insights UI provides users with a structured and interactive way to query their data in English natural language, and visualise the results of that query. When a natural language question is used to query data, the default result is displayed in a table format. However, users can enhance data representation by selecting from various visualisation options, including:

  • Bar Charts
  • Pie Charts
  • Line Charts
  • Tree Maps
  • Area Charts
  • Funnel Charts
  • Scatter Plots

For frequently used queries, users are encouraged to save insights. Saving an Insight ensures that it remains easily accessible under the Insights section, eliminating the need to re-enter the question manually. Additionally, saved insights can be added to any workspace managed by the user, allowing for better organisation and quick access to key data points.

⚠️ Submitting a natural language query counts toward your query limit. However, saving an insight ensures that any future refreshes do not contribute to your natural language query usage.

Workspaces

Workspaces serve as customised dashboards, allowing users to organise and access their most relevant insights in a structured and logical manner. A workspace is essentially a collection of insights grouped into a unified view, making it easier for users to track key metrics and data trends in one place.

Workspaces are categorised into the following groups for easy access and management:

  • Last Accessed – Displays most frequently used workspaces for quick retrieval.
  • Owned – Includes workspaces created or imported, which are fully owned and managed by the user.
  • Shared – Contains workspaces that have been shared with the user by other users.
  • Prebuilt – A collection of ready-to-import templates. These workspaces use dummy data for preview purposes and require importing to reflect actual data.
