Every query is sent to a model for processing prior to returning the data requested. Queries are charged at €50 for up to 250 queries per month. Other query package options are available depending on the number of user seats. Contact us for further information.
Will my data be exposed to 3rd parties?
No. We pride ourselves in data confidentiality, whether we’re dealing with financial data or otherwise. No data is ever sent to any 3rd party service or AI LLM model. Your data is safe with Betintel.ai.
How much do additional user seats cost?
User seats cost €85 per month while admin seats cost €140 per month. For Direct Connection based integrations, the cost is €65 and €85 respectively.
How do you handle personal identifiable information?
Betintel.ai does not ingest nor display any customer personal data.
Can Betintel.ai handle any natural language questions?
Betintel.ai is built on a gambling & betting lexicon of over 3000 keywords. While most questions are understood by default, new keywords can be submitted at any time. As every AI-based system, results improve over time.
Where can I view my dashboards and insights?
All dashboard and insights content can be viewed via browser on a desktop, tablet and mobile.
Can I store data for longer than 2 years?
By default all data is retained for a 2-year period. In our experience this period is sufficient, however, should a longer retention period be required, this is possible at an additional charge.
What integration options are available?
Betintel.ai can connect directly to your database or data warehouse, thus retaining all your data within your infrastructure. Alternatively, Betintel.ai can also pull or receive data through various mechanisms, including ETL and real-time data. The Natural Language module has been optimised to operate on Betintel.ai’s data structures, however, for larger projects it is possible for Betintel.ai to query data directly on a 3rd party data source. Which databases and data warehouses do you support for a Direct Connection?
Betintel.ai can connect directly to various different data stores that support SQL querying, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Google BigQuery, Databricks and others. For more information visit Integration Methods.
Would a Direct Connection to My Database or Data Warehouse Impact Infrastructure Overheads?
Possibly. The impact largely depends on usage patterns. If you are replacing an existing BI tool, the effect should be minimal.
A Direct Connection means that all ad hoc natural language queries and refreshed insights are processed directly by your data warehouse, ensuring that your datasets remain within your infrastructure.
To help manage infrastructure overheads, BetIntel.ai includes:

Segment publishers enable you to send segment data from Betintel.ai to third-party platforms such as CRMs and Player Account Management Systems. This feature allows you to keep segment data up-to-date.
Do I have to operate a data warehouse to use Betintel.ai?
A data warehouse is useful because a BI team would have readily constructed useful and formatted datasets thus facilitating the integration by means of a Direct Connection. While Betintel can pull data from a data warehouse and apply transformations and store that data locally on Betintel, if you do not operate a data warehouse or a data team, Betintel can read data directly from a replicated database or an alternative source and apply the necessary manipulations to facilitate insight discovery. For Direct Connection based integrations, Betintel can connect directly to your database or data warehouse - while retaining all your data within your infrastructure.
What currencies does the platform support?
Betintel.ai supports all currencies.
How do you manage multiple currencies?
By default, your account is configured on a single base currrency. Any data sent to Betintel.ai is converted into your base currency. Most available exchange rates are updated weekly through the ECB.
What should I do if my query returns no results or an error?
If your query returns no results or displays a warning error, try the following troubleshooting steps:
