By default, the results of any natural language query are displayed in table format. Tables can be viewed within the Insight section or inside a workspace (if the Insight has been added to a workspace). Formatting a table helps improve readability, structure, and ease of data analysis.

Step-by-Step Guide to Formatting a Table

1. Enter a Natural Language Query

   • Write a query in the query area to retrieve data.

2. Modify Table Headers

   • Click on a column header to edit its text.
   • Changes are not permanent until the checkmark is clicked to confirm.

3. Enable Totals for Selected Columns

   • Click Preferences and activate the "Display Totals" option.
   • Select the columns for which totals should be displayed.

4. Sort Data

   • Click the arrow beside a column header to sort the data.
   • Clicking the arrow again will reverse the sort order.

5. Search & Filter Data

   • Enter text in the search box to filter results dynamically.

6. Save the Insight

   • Ensure the Insight is saved to retain all formatting changes permanently.
