Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting a Workspace

Click on the Delete Icon
- Locate the red trash can icon in the top-right corner of the workspace.

Understand What Gets Deleted
- By default, only the workspace is deleted while all insights remain intact.
- If you wish to delete insights along with the workspace, proceed to the next step.

Select Insights to Delete (Optional)
- Choose from the following options:
- All – Deletes all insights within the workspace.
- Public – Deletes only public insights.
- Private – Deletes only private insights.
- Alternatively, click on the red padlock icon on individual insights to select them for deletion.
- A red-filled trash can indicates that the insight will be deleted.
- A red-outlined trash can means the insight will be retained.
- Choose from the following options:

Confirm and Finalize Deletion
- Click the red Delete button.
- Confirm the action by selecting "Yes, I do."
By following these steps, users can efficiently manage their workspaces while ensuring important insights are either retained or removed based on their preferences.
